Berlin is a magnet for creative people from Europe and the Americas.
It hangs in a net of subsidy of the German state, Bundesland and
the EU. In an effort to make Berlin the symbol of unification of east
and west it is just ‘to big to fail’.

Yet there is no economic reason ‘d etre, a necessity for any successful
city. And a necessity for the human experience.

It's nature of 'slow' and the lack of 'special interests' combined with the economic strength of it's subsidiaries, might provide
an ultimate opportunity:

Will Berlin be the place where a new form of society will be born?
The true game-changer? The post capitalist/ post socialist society?
Where state and market go hand in hand towards true enlightenment?
